My Sleek Divine Mineral Based Palette in color Sunset arrived this weekend-LOVE IT! The colors are absolutely gorgeous! The compact has the same dimensions and features of the Circus palette that I reviewed which can be found here. This set is more viable for everyday eye looks as the Circus was more of a fun party palette. The pigments are ultra rich and they all have a sheen to them with the exception of the black shadow which is matte. That gold shade along with the three pink & light bronze taupe like shades from the second photo last row on the right are perfect when used as highlighters. My absolute fave is the gold and that burnt orange which is such a hard shade to find. The only other brand that has a color similar to this is Smashbox which I stocked up on when it came out. It appears bright in the photo but it has a bit more tone variation to it. It's really beautiful and Sleek did an awesome job with the color combinations in this set as well as living up to it's name because they all look like colors of a Sunset. The red pigment next to the matte black shadow is another favorite. It's like a nice brick red but lighter in hue. All the shadows were easy to blend and work with and unlike the Circus Palette white had the dry white pigment all of these are silky. No eye primer was used when swatching so you can see the actual colors which are pretty true to the swatch. The pigments wear well throughout the day with minimal creasing when I didn't have any primer on but lasted longer when I applied primer.Even still it's a lovely mineral formula with the convenience of twelve color options in one handy compact even if the pans are small. You should get an adequate amount of use from them because it's not necessary to swipe too much pigments over your lids for a good color transfer. A little will go a long way. This will definitely get some use from me and I might have to buy another one. Cant wait to try more Sleek Products. Stay beautiful! XOXO
