Urban Decay's latest treat is here! YAY! It's the UrbanGlow Cream Highlight compact available in four beautiful shades. The last time I purchased an Urban Decay cream highlighter was when they had the Cool Shimmer Sticks available which I snagged a few of those. If you follow my blog then you know how I drool over highlighters especially the creamy types. I have a massive collection. BTW...I should do a post on them one day soon. You would also know I love the white pearls and pale golds the most so I will be trying out the Moonshine shade. If I had a dime for every beauty product I purchased with the word moon labeled on it I would be a billionaire. LOL! I also LOVE the compact design with it's funky gold skull print! Double Yay! Okay,I'm calming down now. Every chicky should own highlighters. The best time to wear them is during cool weather and the holidays because when it's too sticky outside you don't really need the excess shine & gleam on your face plus there just festive during party season even more so when you apply the sparkly highlighters. The shade you get should compliment you skin tone but don't be afraid to experiment.For instance some women with really vampirish skin {like moi!} feel that highlighters in the pale white-silver family make their skin look ghastly. Not! There is nothing more beautiful than pale skin with that gorgeous moonlight glow. I prefer it over the pink family. Although I purchase highlighters in pale pink,lilac and pale gold as well. What I stay away from is the dark mauve's and the deep bronze shades. I often feel they make my skin look heavy. What ever floats your boat I guess. Sometimes we stick to one look or color that makes us feel comfortable and we forget to just loosen up and try different approaches with respect to our beauty style. These shades are made to compliment every skin tone so which ever one you pick I'm sure will turn you into a glowing Goddess. The cream formula is a good bet because sometimes powders sit on top of fine lines but with a cream all age groups can enjoy these. Don't limit this product use to just your face because I use highlighters on my eyelids,around the eye bone,inside the corner of the eye to brighten up,on my neck and decollete,my arms,legs wherever! And the glow that a highlighter gives off in a well lighted room is amazing especially around your eye area. Stay beautiful! XOXO
