Bobbi Brown Nude On Nude Palette

I'm sure Ive discussed my addiction for nudes & taupe's to the death by now and after diligently using my Urban Decay Naked Palette for awhile I'm going to give it a rest switching it up with my Bobbi Brown Nude On Nude Palette. It would be a shame to have waste the UD Naked palette all in one shot especially since it sold out. Actually, when I think about it I haven't used this BB palette in a long time either maybe because it also sold out and happens to be one of my favorite completely matte nude palettes and in my opinion the best she ever made. Nude matte palettes with this gorgeous array of taupe shades are not easy to come by so perhaps I was unconsciously saving it up. Matte pigments give you such a nice natural looking eye without that heavy makeup look plus you get that sophisticated polished model look like you see in fashion editorials. This was the original Bobbi Brown nude palette and comes in a beautiful mirrored case with a full size dual ended brush. The brush quality is very professional for a palette, it picks up color beautifully and the bristles are very soft without falling out. Colors in order are with the lightest Bone, Cement, Malted, Wheat & Espresso. Cement is my all time favorite which is a permanent shade that I have in singles as well. As a matter of fact all these shades are in Bobbi's permanent collection so if you like one you can buy it in a single pan. Cement is that absolutely gorgeous perfect taupe ever made in a matte formula. These color combination's are versatile and made for all skin types, any woman can wear it. Bone is the sheerest color and I use it as a base and highlighter. While this kit is no longer available Bobbi Brown puts out great new collections and I'm doing this review to let you guys know it's worth the price to buy one and available now is a similar set called Day To Night Warm for $45. The quality is superb, the brush is useful and practical, you wont want to discard it and the weight of pigments is not the greatest but still a good decent amount totaling 7.5 grams. If you shop around during the holidays you might get bonus gift sets as well. I'm adding a link to other Bobbi Brown palettes below if your interested in purchasing any of her palettes. Stay beautiful! XOXO.
Availability: Bobbi Brown Cosmetics Prices range $45 to $90
