Kate Dillon, a plus-size model, husband Gabe Levin recently welcomed their first child, a son named Lucas.Dillon, 36, and Levin, a real estate investor, married in 2008 after dating for more than a year. Dillon gave birth on Tuesday in New York City, People magazine quoted her spokesperson as saying.
