Adele says she Pukes a lot

Well it's not working!  Ohhh...not to lose weight, got it.

She pukes because of her stage fright telling British Vogue, "I puke quite a lot before going on stage. Though never actually on stage."

She actually claims to enjoy it continuing, "But then, I s**t myself before everything...The bigger the freak-out, the more I enjoy the show!"
