Dancing with the Stars has revealed the cast and the partners and now comes the promotional photos. And as we first warned David Arquette and his partner Kym Johnson are going to bang. Mr. Arquette is a pimp and its only a matter of time if he already hasn't. Looking at this picture they seem awfully comfortable with David's man parts in close proximity to Kym's lady parts.
