Madonna At Metropolitan Museum of Art Gala 2011

I'm not going to bother doing an entire post of all the fashions at this years MET 2011 Gala but because this Stella McCartney dress worn by Madonna is totally EXQUISITE I'm posting it. Lordy! Look at the gorgeous star detailing, the beautiful color and the mermaid tail, it's stunning! I want this dress so bad! The only small improvements I would make would have been using a more substantial stretch satin material with a firmer hand for a better fit. This material looks a tad bit thinned out and clingy. Sometimes designers have great ideas yet choose to use crap fabric. Go figure... Also the cap sleeves look a little off, they could have been styled differently, even so the dress is gorgeous. Madonna is wearing platforms even so they needed to have more height to them still she looks great at her age plus she didn't get booed like poor Beyonce wearing some hideous concoction made by the Pucci label. Whatever...it's an ugly dress! Cinched in so tight on Beyonce's rib cage that it wouldn't even allow her freedom op movement walking up the stairs, she had to have help lifting her feet on these ridiculously low steps. You can watch her struggling at the end in this Youtube video. Poor girly got booed! I feel bad for her because I really love Beyonce. Her choice of clothing is always off- is it her stylist picks or her own choices?  What do you think about Miss Stella's dress?  You likey?   Stay beautiful!  XOXO

Plus I want to thank those you voted in my Celebrity Closet Raid Poll. I see Madonna won with 49% of the votes with Milla Jovovich taking second place and Leighton Meester coming in third.I hope to do some more fun polls in the near future. I have a lot of reviews I did and am trying to find the time to post them all like several mineral foundations and more hair products so stay tuned for those.I had some other items to post but I'm having a real hectic day and if I get a chance to add them later I will Have a great weekend.

Michelle Trachtenberg wore this very simple long dark gown at the Good Housekeeping 125th Anniversary at the New York City Center.It's plain and some might think boring but it looks lovely on her.Her choice of accessory plus her make-up was well matched for this outfit because less is more when you are this pretty,no need to detract from your beauty with too much crap. She just looks beautiful. Any opinions?
