A sample tube of StriVectin-WF Instant Deep Wrinkle Filling Formula was given to me to test and review so here are my findings for this product. I'm sure you all have heard of the StriVectin brand by now and how costly the line is. Let me start off by giving you some product specs. This is an ultra concentrated topical formula that is supposed to instantly smooth out the deep set wrinkles on your face. It is also is meant to instantly smooth out the fine lines and improve the texture and tone of your skin as well. Directions for use is to start off with clean dry skin and apply the filler on your fine lines and most pronounced deep wrinkles before applying any other product. Then you let it dry completely a few minutes before applying your moisturizer and foundation. The first moment I applied this around my lip area ( I should mention I don't have deep set wrinkles but some barely visible lines ) it was runny and sticky and it flaked right away while I was done patting it on my skin. On the second application I decided to wait longer without touching my face on the area applied which was over four minutes and when I went to apply my moisturizer again it flaked and peeled off. For the third application I waited over six minutes and experienced the same peeling & flaking results. It did this on my eye area as well so as you can imagine it was disappointing. The directions were followed by me to the letter and having given this product the benefit of the doubt several times it still failed for me. Even for a more mature woman who might have deep set wrinkles, how does one get past the peeling of the product? What's the point of application if the product feels off? In my opinion it's a waste of time and money, skip it... Anyone used this and have had similar results? Have a great weekend. Stay beautiful! XOXO
