In preparation for the biggest wedding since the last royal wedding Kris Jenner went under the knife. If she didn't want anyone to know well too bad Khloe spilled the beans anyway saying:
“She looks amazing. They say you are supposed to have a lot of swelling for a week or so after, but I didn’t notice.”
