With the much anticipated release of the next Twilight Movie Installment and the new season of HBO's Trueblood Series already in full swing, the official Vampire Blood Lust has bitten the beauty industry.
Tarte cosmetics newly released Tarte For TrueBlood Palette is the most deliciously vampy palette I have ever seen which is likely to be on it's way to a major sell out as crazed fans of both the television show and all things Vampire have named this a "must have" item in their beauty arsenal. Tarte has also released a limited edition TrueBlood Natural Cheek Stain and Lipsurgence Lip Stain Pencil as well. These have been put on my birthday wish list so hopefully I'll be getting my hands on them soon, so stay tuned for a review.
And for you Twilight obsessed: Twilight Beauty launched a full line of cosmetics when the first movie installment hit the theaters and if you blinked back then you probably missed them because they sold out faster than a vampire can creep up behind you, which is umm...pretty fast. I managed to snag a couple of the Mortal Glow & Adrenaline cream blush but never reviewed them because by the time I got around to the items in my beauty basket my blog went cruelty free and I have no idea if these are just that. I will try to find out if they are cruelty free so I can review them for you.
The good news is that Twilight Beauty has restocked all the items once again and even added a few new products. You can buy gift sets from your fave character such as Bella along with jewelry pieces worn by the cast members in the film.
Another must have piece of Gothic memorabilia is Bella's moonstone ring which is an official replica movie prop. Of course copies and variations are all over the web and fashionable outlets everywhere. I'm glad I was hit with moonstone fever way before Twilight or Trueblood and have a couple of pieces in my collection which are genuine rainbow moonstone. If your going to wear a gem that has the ability to enhance the mood of it's wearer or work some magic then I believe the stone should be genuine because somehow plastic moonstone doesn't sound too romantic Which items are you dying to take a bite out of ?
