In Touch Weekly is so confident the two are headed fro divorce they've put the story "JADA STEALS J.LO'S HUSBAND" on the cover of their current issue.
Will and Jada were spotted out having a meal and doing some shopping, even smiling and laughing, with a little PDA. But on In Touch Weekly's website they claim its all for show:
They may have been holding hands and smiling all over Malibu yesterday, but according to an insider, Will Smith and Jada Pinkett Smith are doing what they do best — acting! “Jada set up pictures with Will to cover up rumors of any marriage problems,” concludes the insider. “They're worried about what divorcing will do to them.”
In addition, employees at the Coffee Bean & Tea Leaf and Tra di Noi, which the couple walked past, said they noticed that the couple walked very slowly, pausing at times — that it looked like "a set-up photo opp."
Again those pesky "insiders" out to cause trouble.

Will and Jada Pinkett Smith Respond
So surprise the "insider" was wrong!
"Although we are reluctant to respond to these types of press reports, the rumors circulating about our relationship are completely false. We are still together, and our marriage is intact," the couple said in a joint statement to E! News.

Will Smith and Jada Pinkett have Split
Well according to In Touch Weekly they have. Its that pesky "insider" again.
TMZ has reached out to Pinkett's rep and received one of the funniest reactions I think I've ever heard.
"What? In Touch said that? I know nothing about this ... Lord. I'm going back to bed."
I think its a case of trying to generate some buzz and judging by the slow ass response time on their website I'd say In Touch was successful.
