Lindsay Lohan has completed her court-ordered treatment at the Betty Ford Center and has been OK'd to leave the drug and alcohol rehabilitation facility...but there are reports that she remains. According to TMZ and the Los Angeles Times, Lohan is going to stay at Betty Ford a few more days to receive more treatment...So where in the world is Carmen San Deigo? I mean Lindsay Lohan? Maybe a bar or night club?
