Tally Ho! Riding Cap Purchase

my riding cap find

I bought the cutest little riding cap so I'm sharing the photos with you guys. It's much more better looking in person as the photo makes it appear to have too much height it's actually a little more flat than that. What I love about this particular cap is that it's more streamlined than an older one in my closet plus it's also constructed of a much more flexible softer wool. I'm going to have fun wearing this with my riding boots and black leggings. It's got the cutest little metal hardware buckle and it's a one size fits all although I would prefer if it were a bit more snug not that I'm planning to be bopping up and down on an horse with this on, still it's  more comfortable when clothes and caps have a nice tight feel on your body because you get a better fit. At least that's how I feel about it. It's not exactly official riding gear purchased in an equestrian shop and there are a few really super cool Equestrian boutiques here in Manhattan. This was more of a $25 splurge as opposed to the expensive authentic riding caps also known as Dressage caps which can sell up to $350 but hey it's cute! I'm sure I'll wear this with something other than leggings like maybe a nice long flared wool skirt but out of curiosity what would you guys pair this accessory up with? Anyone own one?  Stay beautiful! XOXO
