Casey Anthony's Parents Back Drowning in Swimming Pool Story

Fox News is reporting that while on the Dr. Phil show Casey's parents said that Casey suffered seizures and that Casey may have had a seizure when Caylee drowned in the pool.

Cindy Anthony pointed to the seizures as evidence Casey had "a mental health condition" that may have incapacitated her while Caylee was allegedly drowning "in the swimming pool incident," and further suggests that the seizures may be symptomatic of a condition that at times makes it difficult "to sort fact from fiction," or, as the source said, "maybe it is why she can't tell the truth."

That sounds an awful lot like they knew about the pool incident. And that maybe Casey actually told the truth when her defense team said that her father found Caylee in the pool and helped to cover it up. Why else would her mother offer up a theory?

Casey Anthony "Only I Can Profit From My Daughters Death"

Casey's ex fiancee ,Jesse Grund, who was present when Caylee was born, is shopping a book in hopes of cashing in on the tragedy. Truthfully it is a little disgusting but let's be real he didn't kill her and then try to cash in on it like a certain someone.

So sure this goofball is trying to grab his fifteen minutes but who isn't that is involved in the case? Casey's own lawyer doesn't hesitate to release statements left and right either through a rep or himself.

A rep for Anthony’s attorney, Jose Baez, said, “I found Mr. Grund to be very interested in serving himself ... prosecutors told me that Jesse was upset that he wasn’t called as a witness.

“He was adamant about being called in to be a bigger part of the case ... Jesse Grund and [his father] Richard have traveled to New York more than any other group to do interviews, and I would say the same about George and Cindy Anthony.

“There have been many witnesses trying to exploit the situation; this is nothing new,” the lawyer’s rep said. “People are more concerned with making money than anything else.”

Casey Anthony Will Serve Probation in Secret Location

Its almost like she got away with murder or something....oh wait, yeah she did forgot.

"The court has directed us to keep confidential the offender's residence or any information that could lead to the discovery of her location because of the death threats against her," the Department of Corrections said in a statement.

"Therefore, she will not be identified in our database, nor will her probation officer's name or probation location be made public."

Casey Anthony Back In Florida

Anthony’s lead attorney Jose Baez told Fox News’ Geraldo Rivera Sunday night that Casey is back in Florida and ready to report to probation in Orange County, should her appeal be denied.

“She is back in Florida. We brought her back in the event the appellate court rules sometime this week. And we're going to follow the law... and I’m certain she’ll do what’s asked of her, if necessary,” Baez said.

Casey Anthony Spotted in Ohio

TMZ: Casey Anthony hiding in plain site.

Casey Anthony was hanging out in Ohio this past weekend -- and now new photos have surfaced showing the 25-year-old hiding in plain sight during a mid-day shopping trip.

Casey was photographed on Sunday -- trying to blend in by wearing an Ohio State University baseball cap, a tight-fitting top and glasses as she walked around town. We're told Anthony checked out some dresses at a local Old Navy store.

Casey Anthony Ordered To Return To Florida

On Monday, Orange County Judge Stan Strickland ordered Anthony to return to Orlando as quickly as within the next three days.

Judge Strickland signed an amended court order that will require Anthony, 25, to serve one year of supervised probation on check fraud charges for stealing a friend’s checkbook and writing bogus checks.

Casey Anthony to Pose Nude in Hustler

If Larry Flynt has his way she will. He said on HLN's "Nancy Grace" Thursday night that he has offered Casey Anthony $500,000 to pose in Hustler magazine plus 10% of the sales.

Flynt is fully aware of the idea that sick people will buy the magazine just to see a killer naked. He also claims that the total offer would be far and away more than she's been offered up to this point.

Tracking the ownership of the Pilatus PC-12 private jet that whisked Anthony, 25, out of Orlando to points unknown last Sunday morning, NBC News pointed to California attorney Todd Macaluso, who at one point had been a member of Casey's defense team and had given her $70,000.

Macaluso's firm maintains an office at the Palomar Airport in Carlsbad. Its private plane, says the firm's website, "enables us to travel anywhere within the United States in seven hours."

The Release Heard Around the World

Tons of losers showed up to yell things as Casey Anthony was released from jail early Sunday Morning. Not to mention the various news outlets with nothing better to cover than her release.

Casey Anthony Release: New Threats

Casey Anthony is only hours away from being released from prison, and security around her is intense amid a growing number of threats.

There were seven new threats against her Friday, her attorney Jose Baez, who successfully defended Anthony against a first degree murder charge, revealed.

Anthony, 25, will be released from the Orange County Jail sometime after midnight. Barriers have already been put in place around the facility to keep the public away.

People is reporting that Cindy Anthony will not face trial for perjury after allegedly lying in court to protect her daughter, Florida state prosecutors have announced – saying, too, that they had earlier considered bringing such charges.

Casey Anthony -- NOT GUILTY of Murder

Casey Anthony has been found not guilty of murdering her 2-year-old daughter Caylee. The jury declined to convict her of either first degree murder or manslaughter.

Instead, the jurors found Casey Anthony guilty on four counts of providing false information to law enforcement, which are misdemeanors. It's possible she could be released from prison later this week.

Casey Anthony Pleads Illness As Gruesome Photos Of Daughter Caylee Shown In Court

Casey Anthony became so upset over the gruesome photos shown of her dead daughter’s remains that court was ended early on Thursday.
