The couple became engaged in April and was planning a spring wedding. They’ve been spending most of their time in Chicago and Kristin was even planning to move there during Jay’s upcoming football season. Just a week ago, she tweeted about how amazing the couple’s engagement party was. They even had all the gifts picked out for their wedding registry. Now, Kristin is shaken up about having to cancel all the plans.
