A witness tells TMZ, Snooki smacked her into the back of the patrol car, wedging her ride between the car and a highway protection wall. The witness says Deena was in the passenger seat at the time of the crash -- and when she tried to exit the car, she had to go through the window ... because the door was blocked by the wall.

Snooki: I Regret Trying to Have Sex With Vinny

"I kind of wish me and Vinny didn't try and have sex because it was just drama this whole season," she explained on Monday. "And I don't know, it was just awkward between us and then I felt stupid...it's just embarrassing."
